ParentMail PMX is a highly capable, comprehensive service ideally suited to help with parental communications and online payment collection.
We try to keep parents regularly informed about what’s going on in school. We are increasingly aware of the substantial cost and environmental impact associated with the amount of paper and photocopying involved in school mailings.
We recently upgraded to ParentMail PMX system which gives the school - and parents - many benefits:
- messages will get to you reliably;
- messages dcan be sent directly to mums, dads, guardians, etc at the same time;
- you will quickly know about important or urgent messages;
- we can tell you more about what’s going on at school.
ParentMail PMX is simple to use. Because it’s web-based there’s no software to install or maintain and it can be used from any computer with Internet access.
Keep your data up-to-date
To ensure relevant emails/messages are received, parents/guardians are asked to register as soon as possible and to ensure email addresses and mobile phone numbers are up-to-date.
Please note - when you register on Parentmail PMX the account belongs to you and it is your responsibility to keep your account up-to-date.
Please ensure you also notified the school office of any changes to your email address and mobile phone number to ensure our data is up-to-date.

What we will send home via Parentmail PMX
Our aim is that, eventually, only pupils’ annual report, their statement of results (Yrs 8-11) and, of course, confidential or personal mail relating, for example, to pastoral matters, will be posted home.
If you do not have access to email, we will, of course, make alternative arrangements to ensure that you continue to receive communications from school.
The text facility will be used sparingly but following the exceptional weather conditions a few years ago and the need to close the school at short notice, the ParentMail PMX text messaging service will be used to notify parents of such an event and I am sure you will agree that this will vastly improve communication between school and home.
Please be assured that ParentMail is registered with the Data Protection Registrar who guarantees that all information you provide will be kept private and will not be passed on to any other organisation.
