Year 8 Induction Programme 2025

​Tuesday 26 August 2025 9: 00 am – 12:30 pm - Induction Morning 1 in school

​

Pupils are to arrive at the School Hall for 9:00 am. Pupils must enter via the pupil entrance (left of the main entrance). Mrs Campbell (Head of Year 8) and Form teachers will be present to help direct pupils.

​

Please note school buses will not be available on Tuesday 26 August.

​

Wednesday 27 August 2025 - Belfast Activity Centre (optional activity)

​

Pupils will be required to wear suitable clothing, including trainers and a waterproof jacket. They will need to bring a snack and a drink also.

​

Arrangements for 8A, 8B and 8C         AM session 8:40 am – 12:20 pm

​

Pupils should arrive at the front entrance at 8:20 am as the bus will be leaving at 8:40 am sharp. Pupils should be collected at the front entrance at 12:20 pm.

​

Arrangements for 8D and 8E               PM session 12: 30 pm – 4:30 pm

​

Pupils should arrive at the Pavilion Hall at 12:00 pm as the bus will be leaving at 12:30 pm sharp. Pupils should be collected at the front entrance at 4:30 pm.

​

Pupils will be required to wear suitable clothing, including trainers and a waterproof jacket. They will need to bring a snack and a drink also.

 

Friday 29 August 2024 9: 00 am – 12:30 pm Induction Morning 2 in school

​

Pupils should go straight to their Form Base Room. Staff will be present to help direct pupils.
