What will I do in Technology and Design?
You will be provided with opportunities to design and make products, solve design problems, enhance your freehand and computer graphics and develop your understanding of how things work. There are a range of projects each year alongside smaller focussed design based tasks.

Will I enjoy this subject?
Yes, there are lots of enjoyable activities and learning about the world of technology is fun.

Will I need to think creatively and can I be creative?
Yes, everyone can be creative and innovative if they are given the opportunity.

Are there many opportunities to do things?
Yes, there are plenty of practical activities. Many pupils learn better about how things work through doing it.

Why study Technology and Design?
We live in an increasingly technological age, therefore we aim to begin to install the knowledge and skills needed to flourish within it.
